Fraport Brasil, based on the principle of efficient use of airport infrastructure, defines holding areas as the Maneuvering Yard for the purposes of applying the Holding Fee, in accordance with Resolution No. 432, dated June 13, 2017, issued by the National Civil Aviation Agency.

This registration is intended for owners or operators of Group II aircraft. Those listed in the RAB (Brazilian Aeronautical Registry) are considered owners or operators of Group II aircraft.

The information requested in the registration is necessary for proper billing and subsequent collection of airport fees. Thus, the collection of your personal data is carried out to comply with a legal obligation and is handled in accordance with the LGPD—the General Personal Data Protection Law.
