Prevention Report

RelPrev (Prevention Report) is the main component of the civil aviation reporting system. It is used for the voluntary collection of information related to situations observed in the workplace and within the organization. It is deviations from procedures or errors observed in daily activities that compromise the safety of our airport operations.

Reports must be based on facts or personal experiences that could help prevent an accident or incident at the site. The information is treated confidentially and non-punitively and will be used exclusively by the Emergency and Operational Safety Directorate at Jeri Airport. If the reporter identifies themselves and provides contact information, they will be informed of the measures taken.

Voluntary reporting is therefore an essential tool for identifying hazards and managing risks within the organization.

Providing your personal information is not mandatory. If you choose to identify yourself, your information will be used to track reports regarding situations that pose a potential risk to civil aviation operational safety, as well as to enable a response.
